Same Day appointment for DOT physical

Located in Carrollton, we provide the standard long form DOT physical necessary for drivers subject to Department of Transportation regulations including all CDL, class A, B, and C licensed drivers. You will receive a driver or CDL medical card upon successful completion of the physical the same day.
